Vendor Registration - Spirit Fayre

Note: Your space is not confirmed until your registration is received and booth fee is paid.

Registration Instructions:

1. Read Terms of Sale for details and prices for the event.
2. If you want to register for both events, we would love to have you. But you will need to complete a registration form for each event.
3. Register and Pay to reserve your booth at the current rate. (Standard booth is 10x10,and comes with 1 table and 2 chairs, Reader Booth is half that size and you provide your table, we provide the chairs.) Booth prices are subject to a 20% increase 30 days prior to the start date of the Fayre.
4. Once you register, you will be directed to pay online via PayPal . You do not need a PayPal account to do this, but you will need a credit card (or echeck). If you prefer to pay with a paper check, please include that in your comments when you register. When directed to the PayPal site, simply close your browser. Make the check out to "Fayre Lady Fayres" and mail to the address listed below. We can invoice you separately if you request it in the comments area below.
5. Briefly describe your products or services so we can add this to our website and our program.
6. All vendors will be asked to provide a small value door prize or present a seminar/workshop. Both are great ways to advertise and redirect attendees back to your booth.
7. If you would like to present a seminar or workshop, time slots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. (This means that you should not expect to register 2 weeks before the event and still have a seminar spot available; these fill up quickly. If a particular time works better for you than another, we will try to accommodate that request (in the comments field) but we CANNOT guarantee you will have the time you so desire.)
8. Put any special comments, requests or notes into the Comment/Request field provided. Then we have a record of who it came from, and what it is for.
9. If you do not pay for and reserve extra tables and/or chairs, we cannot provide them the day of the event.
