1.Registration and Payment: All space is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Booth prices increase 20% after registration deadline.Fees are due at the time of registration. Only paid registrations are considered sold spaces. You may pay with a check or via PayPal with a major credit card (you do not have to have a PayPal account).
2. Checks: Due to the deadbeats we encountered in the past, checks will only be accepted up to 30 days prior to the event. After 30 days prior to the event, payments will need to be made via money order or PayPal, or cash. We have noticed that if we allow people to pay day of the event, they have nothing invested and we have everything at risk. So we don't do that. Please pay in advance - we have to pay for everything long before you arrive.
4. Registration and Setup: The show runs from 10AM - 6PM on Sat and Sun. Please expect to staff your booth during those hours. Plan to setup and tear down in approximately 2-3 hours. We do NOT provide people to help you with setup, tear down or staff your booth. If you need helpers, bring them with you or arrange to have them meet you there. Booths may have more than one reader listed with one booth name. Exhibitors may begin setting up at – 7:00AM on Saturday and must be setup by 10AM. Exhibitors may move vehicles to the front and unload then move vehicles to park elsewhere. Exhibitors are responsible for disposing of trash in the receptacles provided, and removing all personal items and equipment 2 hours after closing on the second day.
5. Hotel Reservations: Exhibitors are responsible for making his/her own lodging arrangements. For the Indianapolis event in May, a block of rooms has been held under “Spirit Fayre” for the weekend of the fayre (May 21-23) at the Marten House and Lilly Conference Center, the official hotel of the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Room prices are $69 per night plus tax. These rooms will be held up until one week prior to the Indy Spirit Fayre weekend, and then they will be released. The
Hotel is located at 1801 W. 86th St (next to St. Vincent hospital) between Meridian and Michigan.

6. Products/Services: All products or services to be sold, or referred to during the Fayre must be listed on the line of products sold. Promoter reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any product, and/or company. Promoters' judgment shall be final.
7. Insurance and Liability: Fayre Lady Fayres (Promoter) is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. Exhibitor is financially liable for any damages caused to tables, decorations or any Exhibit Hall property. Exhibitor indemnifies promoter, sponsor and show management for any claims and/or suits arising involving exhibitor and any other party, including attendees, employees, guests, other exhibitors, show staff, themselves or any other person at the Fayre. This includes but is not limited to injury or property damage claims. Exhibitor indemnifies Fayre Lady and promoters for any claims and/or suites arising from any other party including attendees, employees, guests, exhibitors, event staff or any person at Spirit Fayre.
8. Refund Policy: All space sales are final. No refunds will be given if Exhibitor cancels. In the event that any outside force, beyond the control of the Promoter, such as war, work stoppage, fire, rain or acts of God/dess prevents the Fayre from taking place, then the Promoter reserves the right to retain Exhibitor payments for expense compensation.
9. Taxes and Fees: Exhibitor is responsible for collecting all fees for goods or services and applicable taxes. Fayre Lady Fayres bears no responsibility for your services, wares, or accounting practices.
10. Terms: Exhibitor understands that all terms contained in this statement apply to all Fayre Lady Fayre events at which the exhibitor participates. Exhibitor’s payment acts as acknowledgement of these terms.

The information provided on your registration form will be used to promote you/your organization/your business/ at this event. You are entitled to receive a free directory listing with your registration. Please be certain the information your have provided us is correct. If you do not wish to be listed in the directory or on the program, please state that on your registration form.
