Terms of Sale
Please read all the terms
of this contract carefully. We, the staff of Fayre Lady Fayres,
appreciate the opportunity to work with you as we provide an
environment where spiritual journeys meet. Please
print this for
your records. Your registration is considered agreement to these
terms.
- Registration Deadline:
30 days prior to the event date. All space is sold on a
first-come, first-served basis.
- Payments: Fees are due at
the time of registration. Only paid registrations are
considered sold spaces. We will email reminders when space
is filling to give you the opportunity to pay or forfeit the
space. You may pay with a check or via PayPal with a major
credit card (you do not have to have a PayPal
account).
- Due to the deadbeat we
encountered on our path, checks will only be accepted up to 30 days prior to the event. At
29 days prior to the
event, payments will need to be made via money order or
PayPal.
- Registration and Setup:
Booths may have more than one reader under the same
organization name. Exhibitors may begin
setting up at – 7:00AM on Saturday and must be setup by
10AM. Exhibitors may move vehicles to the front and unload
then move vehicles to park elsewhere.. Exhibitors are responsible for
disposing of trash, and removing all personal
items and equipment 2 hours after closing on the second day.
- Room Reservations:
Exhibitors are responsible for making his/her own
arrangements. We have a list of local accommodations on our
website.
- Products/Services: All
products or services to be sold, or referred to during the
Fayre must be listed on the line of products sold.
Promoter reserves the right to determine the
eligibility of any product, and/or company. Promoters'
judgment shall be final.
- Insurance and Liability:
Fayre Lady Fayres (Promoter) is not responsible for lost or
stolen goods. Exhibitor is financially liable for any
damages caused to tables, decorations or any Exhibit Hall
property. Exhibitor indemnifies promoter, sponsor and show
management for any claims and/or suits arising involving
exhibitor and any other party, including attendees,
employees, guests, other exhibitors, show staff, themselves
or any other person at the Fayre. This includes but is not
limited to injury or property damage claims.
- Refund Policy: All space
sales are final. No refunds will be given if Exhibitor
cancels. In the event that any outside force, beyond the
control of the Promoter, such as war, work stoppage, fire,
rain or
acts of God/dess prevents the Fayre from taking place, then
the Promoter reserves the right to retain Exhibitor payments
for expense compensation.
- Taxes and Fees: Exhibitor is
responsible for collecting all fees for goods or services
and applicable taxes. Fayre Lady Fayres bears no
responsibility for your services, wares, or accounting
practices.
- Terms: Exhibitor understands
that all terms contained in this statement apply to all
Fayre Lady Fayre events at which the exhibitor participates.
Exhibitor’s payment acts as acknowledgement of these
terms.

Any questions or issues not covered in this contract shall be
subject solely to the decision of the Promoter. Terms and
