  RegisterOnline and pay via PayPal or submit a check to the address below.
  1. Standard Booths are approx. 10x10 with 1 table,  2 chairs. $150. 
  2. Small Booths are approx. with no table but includes 2 chairs. (Suitable for Readers for Chair Massage $100 
  3. Extra tables are $5 each or bring your own.
  4. No canopies or tents. Arbors, stands and free standing signs are ok.
  5. Electricity is free but must be requested. (Vendors supply extension cords/power strips.) 
  6. YOU MUST INCLUDE A DESCRIPTION OF YOUR PRODUCT OR SERVICE
  7. Show times are Sat. 10AM-7PM, Sunday 10-AM-6PM.  
  8. Setup is Sat. 7:30AM. Everyone must be setup by 10AM.
  9. Teardown is Sunday 6-8PM. Everyone must be out by 8PM. Vendors should place their trash in the bins provided - do not leave it in your booth. 
  10. NO VENDORS ARE ALLOWED TO LEAVE EARLY. It looks unprofessional and is impolite to other vendors and Fayre guests.

  12. No pets or companion animals allowed. Only service animals are allowed.
Healers/body workers - reader spaces accommodate a massage chair, must have a vendor booth for a therapy table.Vendors, feel free to bring shelves or displays as long as it fits in your space

Setup begins Sat. morning at 7:30. Show opens to the Public at 10AM. Exhibitors must have all belongings removed by 8:00 PM Sunday and MUST PLACE ALL TRASH IN BINS PROVIDED. Please be setup prior to the opening time. You may park your vehicle by the door to unload - then you must move your vehicle farther back from the door.

Please spread the word! Inform all of your clients that your will be at this two-day event. We'll send you postcards/flyers to distribute. 

We want you to be successful - your success is our success! Please help us advertise by placing a link from your website to ours. And be sure to tell all your clients you will be at  Spirit Fayre. We will send you flyers if to distribute at locations.

Spaces are not considered sold until payment is received. Please pay at the time of registration. Your space will not be retained until it is paid for.
